The Preston & Walker Business Plan Competition (PWBPC) is about fulfilling the next big idea into a reality. The PWBPC is the first international competition platform to find the next big business ideas. Inviting over 130 countries globally to participate, the competition is structured to help teams kick start their plans to make it commercially viable in a joint-venture, mentored, collaborative environment. Inspired by the hit series, The Secret Millionaire and Dragon's Den, the competition is also organized in support of Global Enterprenuership Week. The competition also provides a private investment platform for fulling business opportunities for the aspiring enterprenuer and business owner along with the investors.
How it works
- Participating teams "pre-sell" their ideas by submitting their business plan which will be judged by a team of anonymous millionaire judges
- The judges will select the idea they're interested in and contact the team to understand more about their team and their plans
- If selected, the judges will consider investing a maximum of US$1,000,000 of seed funding and help to develop their ideas serving as mentors and judges to jumpstart their business to bring it from dreams to reality.
